The goal is to teach every horse how to be a willing participant in all aspects of its life.  Justin believes every horse needs to be taught to be a problem solver from a young age so when things get more challenging as they mature they are able to search for the right answer in difficult situations.  No two horses learn the same so there is some psychology that goes into figuring out the best way to teach each horse to learn successfully.  Making sure you never lie to your horse is very important, all cues need to be consistent so they do not get confused.

Justin has ridden for and learned from some of the best in the business including Steve Metcalf, Doug Ingersoll, Bobby Ingersoll and Corey Cushings.  On top of working for the best in the business he has cowboyed for some big operations including TS Ranch, Wine Cup Ranch, Rhodes Ranch, Van Norman Ranch and Running U Livestock.
