Turtle is not only unique because of his color, he has one of the best brains and ability of any young horse that has come through Ninja Performance Horses.  Turtle is very gentle by nature and is eager to please.  Turtle has 3 lovely gaits and a very classic jumping style.  He has a good sized step and a scopey jump, that feels effortless.  The spookier the jump and enviornment the better.  He is convinced he can take on the world! XC is so easy for him, he has been a natural since his first XC school.  

Turtle's first foal crop hit the ground in 2024 and absolutely exceeded our expectations.  Both fillies received premium scores at their Westfalen inspection.  They both have beatiful movement, impecable confirmation and have Turtles laid back demeanor.  

Turtle is currently graded with AES and entered into the Westfalen Studbook II.  We are told if he continues progressing well and giving high quality offspring he will likely be upgraded to Studbook I in 2025.

Turtle's pedigree is stacked with some of the best pinto's in the world.  He is by the famous Copabella Visage who is one of the two top pinto stallions in the world.  Visage jumped to the 1.60 level of show jumping in Europe.  He has many offspring jumping at the top of the sport in both show jumping and eventing.

Turtles damsire in the incredible Utah Van Erpekom who is the most famous pinto show jumper of all time.  He successfully jumped to the 1.60 level with John Whitaker.
